Kayla Ginsler MSW, RSW

Nadine Hull is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). She graduated from the University of Waterloo with a BA in Sociology. After working for over a decade in government community services Nadine returned to school to obtain her Master's of Social Work from Wilfrid Laurier in 2016. Since then Nadine has practiced social work in different community based agencies before transitioning into private practice.

Nadine works with adults who are navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, and the feeling of being stuck or overwhelmed. People often come to therapy when something no longer feels sustainable, whether that’s related to work, relationships, identity, burnout, or simply trying to keep up with the demands of daily life. Nadine offers a supportive, non-judgmental space where you don’t have to have everything figured out to begin. Nadine provides a blend of counselling, coping strategies, and wellness tools, to help you thrive in everyday life.

Kayla Ginsler is a Registered Social Worker (MSW, RSW). She graduated from the Master of Social Work program at the University of Toronto in 2006 and prior to transitioning to private practice spent 20 years working in a community setting with individuals and families.

Kayla works with adults who are feeling stressed, overwhelmed, anxious and stuck. You might be dealing with feelings of unease, ongoing stress, burnout, or the sense that something in your life isn’t quite working anymore. Sometimes these feelings show up during major changes, and other times they build slowly as the demands of work, relationships, and daily responsibilities add up.

In therapy, Kayla aims to create a space where you can speak openly and feel heard. Together, you can explore patterns, clarify what matters most to you, and consider new ways of responding to the challenges you’re facing. You don’t need to have a clear plan or all the answers before starting, just a willingness to begin the conversation.

Personalized one-on-one counselling for adults 18 and over, delivered entirely online. Work with a Registered Social Worker to explore challenges, develop coping strategies, and support your mental health from anywhere in Ontario.
