This personalized 45-minute session begins with a thorough health assessment to address your unique needs and goals. Your naturopathic doctor will create a tailored acupuncture treatment to target concerns such as stress, pain, digestion, or sleep issues. 

A few minutes are spent following up on your health, based on the information gathered, acupuncture needles are placed. TDP lamps that emit heat are placed over the body, and this is a chance for you to completely relax with calming music playing while the needles work.
